Samarth is a focused program designed with a noble intent of “sharing knowledge to create prosperity for all’, offered by Pusa Krishi incubator, ICAR-IARI, New Delhi.

A train the trainer initiative, SAMARTH is an incubator management program for new incubators and incubation managers. This program has been launched to impart best practices to manage Startups & Innovation, Business development & management, incubation & entrepreneurship development in the field of agricultural.

At Samarth, in its first program, Pusa Krishi incubator has trained 4 Knowledge partners, and over 24 regional Agriculture business incubators, part of Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY-RAFTAAR) from across the country. In this program, through an especially designed curriculum, Pusa Krishi incubator undertook a three day training program and provided a detailed and holistic overview to all incubators that are part of the program.

The program covered large spectrum of topics concentrated towards building a strong foundation and knowledge about agribusiness incubation and start-up ecosystem in India and Global best practice. Pusa Krishi incubator extensively showcased case studies of startups under its incubation program and managing incubators at IARI.

More actively, through Samarth, Pusa Krishi incubator will conduct a series of capacity building workshops and trainings for budding ‘Agribusiness Incubator Managers’.
